James Brown

A standout on the basketball court, James Brown received All-Ivy League honors in his last three seasons at Harvard University and captained the team in his senior year. He is a three-time Emmy Award winning network broadcaster and in 2010 was named SI.com’s “Best Studio Host of the Decade.” Among other roles, he is host of The NFL Today on CBS television. Brown is the co-founder and principal of the Brown Technology Group, an information technology company. He is an ordained minister, and he works on behalf of DC College Access Program, Special Olympics DC, Joe Gibbs’ Youth for Tomorrow, and The Salvation Army, to name a few.
